 EUROPEAN UNION PROGRAMMES 

DIAN Consulting has been active in the following areas:

• Supplying information on European Union Programmes.
• Providing advice on obtaining E.U. funding.
• Preparing and submitting proposals for E.U. Programmes.
• Project Management and preparation of reports to the E.U.

DIAN cooperates with Private Companies and Public Institutions offering three different packages of cooperation:

a) Providing regular information (every ten days), on E.U. or other Programmes that have been announced and match the interests of the client, as well as on deadlines and the necessary documentation.

b) Includes everything the first package offers, as well as the preparation of proposals to be submitted to the E.U. or any other institution and finding partners from Greece or any other country, if required.

c) Management and implementation of already approved Programmes. In particular, DIAN provides on behalf of the client:

• Reports regarding the development of the Programme.
• The final report on completion of the Programme.
• Coordination of the partners.
• Supervision of the smooth development of the programme and preparation of periodical evaluation reports.
• Supervision of the programme’s budget and expenses and distribution of the funds to the Partners.

• Composing of the necessary feasibility study for the founding, development and modernization of Educational Foundations.

DIAN Consulting collaborates with experienced professionals and offers an information network in Greece and other countries, regarding Programmes and partnerships.

In subjects relating to the various services of the European Union, DIAN cooperates with the non-profit organization “IDEA”, which is based in Belgium.

DIAN’s library is equipped with the necessary books regarding the European Union, in reference to:
