REACTIVATE SERVICES

Reactivate is developing an online job and career centre delivering a comprehensive, tailor-made package of mobility services. It will contain a wealth of helpful advice, information and interactive tools to help jobseekers and employers.

SUPPORT TO JOBSEEKERS

  • Career counselling and orientation, support in CV writing, cover letter building, career path development.
  • Skill and career development: access to training resources (workshops and MOOCs), skill assessment, information on jobs, employers, career services, workshops, events, programs.
  • Access to workplace: job matching tool, access to hot job listings, including full-time, part-time, apprenticeships, traineeships and job postings, registration to career days, participation in preselections, arrangement of interviews.
  • Financial incentives for interview, relocation, language training, recognition of qualification.

SUPPORT TO EMPLOYERS

  • Recruitment advice: a dedicated Reactivate adviser for each company to ensure tailored support and services.
  • Vacancy builder: easy job, apprenticeships, traineeships posting; the job profile can be enriched with a company profile, to help companies better reach their target.
  • Applications and interviews management: employers can create and manage their own applications’ database, schedule interviews, access to shortlisting service and follow the entire recruitment process.
  • Recruitment and Placement of Pre-screened Candidates: Reactivate advisers assist employers to identify their staffing skills requirements and then match the position and workplace requirements to participants’ skills, capabilities, interests and experience. Reactivate also offers support with on-the-job training development plans
  • Training incentives: financial incentives for SMEs to offset the costs of providing on-the-job training including apprenticeship training, work experience opportunities. Management of financial incentives online
  • Workplace Support: Reactivate provides ongoing support in the workplace by monitoring job placements with the participant and the employer.
